Jessica Gordon has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment. Jessica is currently a Senior Recruiter at Zoa, where they focus on empowering consumers in the energy transition. Previously, they worked at Twitter as a Senior Tech Recruiter, where they also managed a global project team. Before that, they worked at EY as a Recruitment Advisor and Sourcing Specialist, where they handled various technology portfolios and implemented advanced candidate sourcing techniques. Jessica also has experience working as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Associate at Hays. In the beginning of their career, they interned as a Recruitment Intern at Hays, where they gained experience in candidate attraction, business development, and candidate registrations.
