Jose Lopez

Jose Lopez has extensive experience in operational leadership and lean manufacturing, currently serving as Plant General Manager at Zobele Group since July 2012, with a history of roles including Operations Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager. Notable achievements include implementing the ZPS (Lean system) and achieving cost savings of $1.5 million through VAVE events. Additionally, Jose led a SMED project that significantly reduced changeover time from 3 hours to 20 minutes in filling and packaging areas. Previously, from December 2005 to October 2011, Jose served as Lean Coordinator at Cooper Industries, focusing on continuous improvement across the organization and enhancing the Supply Chain. Jose holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, earned from 1998 to 2004.
