Stefano Deflorian

Stefano Deflorian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stefano began their career in 1990 as an R&D Engineer at AT&T / Italtel, where they worked on telecommunications technology. Stefano then joined AT&T Philips Telecom as an HW designer, specializing in the design and integration of electronic boards for SDH Optical loop carrier communication systems.

In 1992, Stefano moved on to Lucent Bell Laboratories, where they worked as an R&D Electronic Engineer. Here, they played a key role in designing the Main Controller Unit of an Advanced SDH Communication system, utilizing cutting-edge technology such as high-speed real-time microprocessor chips, flash memory chips, micro hard disks, and advanced PCB boards.

In 1999, Stefano became a Project Manager at Seac Spa, where they led a project to transform a traditional Call Center into a modern pay-per-call service system, significantly improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Following their time at Seac Spa, Stefano joined SASIB in 2000 as a Project Manager. Stefano then moved on to Zobele Group in 2001, where they held the position of Chief Technical Officer. Over their 20-year tenure at Zobele Group, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, expanding its turnover from 100 to 400 million euros and increasing its manufacturing capacity and development centers. In this role, Stefano gained expertise in electronics, design of metal and plastic components, formulation chemistry, manufacturing processes, and project management.

Most recently, Stefano joined kdc/one in 2020 as Chief Technical Officer, continuing to utilize their extensive experience in various areas of expertise.
