Jenna Rice

Jenna Rice is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in sales training and program development, currently serving as a Senior Sales Trainer at Zocdoc since April 2021. At Zocdoc, Jenna leads impactful training programs to enhance sales methodologies and product knowledge. Prior to this role, Jenna held multiple positions at Heartland Payment Systems from October 2015 to April 2021, including Sales Training Manager and Payroll Operations Trainer & Team Lead, where Jenna significantly contributed to building training initiatives and enhancing sales performance.
