Lauren Chin

Lauren Chin has extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM management, currently serving as Sr Lead of Lifecycle Marketing at Zocdoc since June 2019, where notable achievements include leading to a 267% year-over-year increase in campaign optimizations and creating behavioral-based campaigns resulting in a 181% revenue increase. Prior to Zocdoc, Lauren held multiple positions at Shutterstock from 2014 to 2018, including CRM Manager and Junior Email Production Manager, focusing on campaign strategy and execution. Additionally, Lauren has contributed to Friends Seminary as Class Secretary and Alumni Council Member since 2009. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from Vassar College and has pursued intensive Mandarin studies at Fudan University.
