Jonathan Hugh

Jonathan Hugh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting with their most recent position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zodia Custody and Movmenta in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at GSR from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining GSR, Jonathan worked at AB Agri as the Turnaround Director and General Manager Premier Nutrition from 2020 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, they worked at ED&F Man as the Managing Director of the Agri-Industrials Division. Jonathan also held the roles of Managing Director of Business Development and CFO Sugar at ED&F Man in 2013.

In 2017 and 2019, Jonathan was a Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman at Empresas Iansa.

From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Group Finance Director of Business Finance at Noble Group, and they were also the CFO for Europe and Africa within the same company in 2010.

Jonathan worked as a Non-Executive Director at Econergy Limited from 2009 to 2010.

At Centrica, they held various roles including Finance Director of British Gas New Energy from 2007 to 2010, Head of Market Risk from 2005 to 2007, and British Gas Reporting Controller from 2003 to 2005.

Finally, their early career included positions at Cable and Wireless plc, where they served as a Marketing Strategy Director and Marketing Planning Director from 2001 to 2003, and as a Commercial Manager from 1999 to 2001.

Jonathan Hugh completed their MA hons degree in Law (1st class) from the University of Cambridge between 1989 and 1992. Jonathan then pursued their ACA degree from ICAEW from 1992 to 1995.
