Kulsum Jaan

Kulsum Jaan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles. Kulsum started their career as a Sales Account Executive at Tech Mahindra in October 2016, where they focused on meeting clients and establishing new business. In March 2018, they transitioned into the role of a Technical Recruiter at NLB Services, where they recruited for a wide range of positions in the IT field. Kulsum then moved on to work as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Tanisha Systems from February 2021 to January 2022, where they were involved in the full recruiting life cycle. Starting from February 2022, Kulsum worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist Lead at REDLEO SOFTWARE INC., managing a mid-size team of recruiters and allocating job responsibilities. Finally, in January 2023, they joined Zodiac Solutions, Inc as a Recruitment Manager, where they are currently employed.

Kulsum Jaan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Kashmir between 2015 and 2018. Kulsum then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management from 2019 to 2021.
