Kundan Kumar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kundan started their career at Trinity Global Tech Inc as a US IT Recruiter, where they conducted in-depth technical and non-technical interviews for positions in Fortune 500 high-tech corporations. Kundan also sourced candidates using various internet-based techniques and had full life-cycle recruiting experience. Kundan then joined Tanisha Systems, Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, handling recruitment for engineering and IT positions. Kundan was responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified talent. Later, they worked at Tech Mahindra as a Business Associate before joining Zodiac Solutions, Inc. At Zodiac Solutions, Inc, they initially served as a Senior Recruiter before being promoted to Associate Account Manager.
