Beena Gupta

Beena Gupta is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the human resources sector. As the Founder of Zodnik Solutions, established in January 2018, Beena specializes in talent solutions, including permanent staffing and executive search. Previous roles include the position of AVP in Client Relations at Enigma Human Capital from August 2015 to December 2017, where Beena managed end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Credit Suisse, and earlier positions at Kelly Services, IMS Health, and Lehman Brothers, where Beena honed expertise in leadership hiring, analytics, and recruitment at various organizational levels.
