Carolina Padilla has had a diverse career in marketing and academia. Carolina began their professional career in 2016 as a Tutor Académico for Emoción Creativa, where they tutored school children with a focus on emotions and motivation. In the same year, they also joined Pontificia Universidad Javeriana as an Assistant Professor and a CEAE (Student Business Administration Committee). In 2018, they joined Alpina as a Consumer Insights Analyst and Marketing Intern, where they developed and executed brand strategies and new projects for the brands in charge, as well as planned and organized product launch events. In 2019, they joined Beat as a Consumer Insights Analyst, where they monitored competitors' strategies and market trends to ensure brand competitiveness, and communicated with internal clients to create a consumer-centric culture. In 2020, they founded and managed their own entrepreneurship, Apapacho, where they ideated, designed, and defined the whole branding of the project. Finally, in 2021, they joined Zoe Financial as a Marketing Associate.

Carolina Padilla's education history consists of a Specialization in Strategic Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2021-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2014-2018), a Business Administration and Management, Marketing program from Mount Royal University (2017), and an International Baccalaureate from Colegio Marymount Bogotá (2000-2014). Carolina also holds a certification in Learning Google Data Studio for Marketers from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2021.
