Enma González

Enma González has worked in various roles in the software industry since 2005. Enma began their career as an Assistant II Pesado at PwC Venezuela, where they audited processes related to purchases, accounts payable, labor costs, and more. In 2007, they moved to JL Sistemas as an Ingeniero de Soluciones de Negocio, where they designed use cases and test cases, and generated reports on the results of the tests. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at FYC Soluciones Integrales as an Arquitecto de Pruebas and Especialista en Sistemas de la Calidad, where they were responsible for creating test matrices, estimating requirements and testing periods, and executing technical and functional tests. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Eliexir CM Computer as a Gerente de Aseguramiento de la Calidad, Lider de Aseguramiento de Calidad and Analista de Calidad, where they created test plans, strategies, and reported on project status. Finally, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Rappi as an Engineering Lead, Quality Assurance Lead en Rappi, and Analista de pruebas. In 2021, they began working as a Senior QA Engineer at Zoe Financial.

Enma González has a degree in Ingeniería en Informática from Universidad Centro Occidental 'Lisandro Alvarado', which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. In 2007-2009, they obtained a degree in Especialización en Sistemas de la Calidad from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as a Curso de Liderazgo para Equipos de Trabajo from Platzi in December 2021, Elementary A1 from CHOMSKY ENGLISH CLUB in November 2021, Speaking Course Level A1 from Chomsky English Club in November 2021, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, and Probador ISTQB Nivel Básico in July 2013.
