Juan Manuel Serrato Gómez has been working in the design field since 2017. Juan Manuel started their career at 36pt as a Graphic Designer. In 2017, they also joined Braco Estudio as a Brand Designer, where they were in charge of branding for different clients, mostly with oil companies in Colombia. In 2018, Juan Manuel joined Tita Media as a UX/UI Designer and Design Coordinator, where they were responsible for the design of different websites and social media campaigns. In 2020, they moved to Keystone Strategy as a UX/UI Designer, where they were responsible for the redesign of various apps that were used internally by members of the company. In 2021, Juan Manuel joined Masiv as a Product Designer, where they provided support to the visual design team and was responsible for User Research, Information Architecture, Visual Design and prototyping. Currently, they are working at Zoe Financial as a Product Designer.
Juan Manuel Serrato Gómez completed a MA Design for Art Direction (Distinction) in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Professional degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, UI Design Patterns for Successful Software from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in July 2021 and Experiencia de Usuario (UX) Esencial from LinkedIn Learning Course Certificate in October 2020.
