Charlie Ainsworth

Charlie Ainsworth currently serves as the Head of Legal at ZOE, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Charlie was the Head of Legal at MOO from August 2022 to October 2023. Charlie's experience includes roles at Babylon as Associate General Counsel for Commercial and Technology, Lead Commercial and IP Counsel, and Legal Counsel from July 2019 to August 2022. Ainsworth began a legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, working as an Associate in IP/IT and as a Trainee Solicitor from August 2013 to June 2019, with a secondment at ExxonMobil as a Trainee Solicitor in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese from the same institution, and legal training at BPP Law School, which encompasses a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law.
