Daniel Sleeper

Daniel Sleeper has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Daniel started their career at Wayfair in 2010 as a Manager in Merchandising, where they led a team of 20-30 people and was responsible for adding thousands of new products to the platform. Daniel also played a crucial role in developing product document and video storage systems for storefront developers. After two years, they became an Associate Director of Operations Process Improvement, where they managed operations and implemented process improvements.

In 2016, Daniel joined Elysian Brewing Co as a Brewer and Special Projects. Daniel worked there for three years before moving on to Stoup Brewing in 2019, where they served as a Brewer. Daniel left Stoup Brewing in 2020.

Currently, Daniel is working at ZOE as a Senior Operations Manager, a position they have held since April 2022. Before that, they were an Operations Manager at the same company from April 2021 to March 2022.

Throughout their career, Daniel has showcased their expertise in operations management, process improvement, team leadership, and project development.

Daniel Sleeper earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business, from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they studied abroad at The University of Western Australia in 2008. Daniel also holds a certification as a Certified Cicerone® from the Cicerone® Certification Program, which they obtained in November 2017.
