Will Bulsiewicz, MD MSCI has extensive work experience in the field of gastroenterology and gut health. Will is currently serving as the U.S. Medical Director at ZOE since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Gastroenterologist and Gut Health Expert at The Plant Fed Gut from July 2016. Will also worked at Lowcountry Gastroenterology as an Attending Physician from May 2016 to February 2022. Before that, they served as an Attending Physician at The Center for Digestive and Liver Health from July 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Gastroenterology Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from July 2010 to June 2014. Will began their medical career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they served as Chief Medical Resident from July 2009 to June 2010. Will also worked as a Resident in Internal Medicine from July 2007 to June 2009 and as an Intern in Internal Medicine from July 2006 to June 2007 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Will Bulsiewicz completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in the year 2002. Will then pursued their medical education at Georgetown University School of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from 2002 to 2006. In 2010, Dr. Bulsiewicz attended Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Investigation. Additionally, in September 2015, they earned a certification in Plant-based Nutrition from Cornell University.
