Lorie Fangio

Lorie Fangio is a culinary professional with extensive experience in food education and promotion. As the founder and teaching chef of A Taste of Paris since January 2014, Lorie curates boutique food and wine-centric trips, leveraging decades of relationships with top chefs and French artisans to create unique culinary experiences. Additionally, Lorie owns Slice of Heaven Cooking School, providing hands-on cooking classes that emphasize technique and enjoyment. Through Around the Table with Lorie Fangio, small groups are hosted in France for immersive cooking classes and tastings. Lorie also serves as a spokesperson for Zoes Kitchen, making television appearances and developing recipes, while previously blogging for Ziploc Brand. Lorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Texas Christian University.
