Dr. Lena Baisch

Dr. Lena Baisch is an experienced professional in the animal health industry, currently serving as the Head of Global DX Customer Care and Operations at Zoetis since November 2013. With a history in various leadership roles at Zoetis, including Senior Director and Director of International Customer Care, Dr. Baisch has developed expertise in customer service operations and demand management. Prior positions include Business Manager at Fort Dodge Animal Health and Area Business Manager at Zoetis (formerly Pfizer Animal Health Germany), where leadership of sales teams was key. Dr. Baisch holds an Executive EMBA from ESCP Business School and an Approbation in Veterinary Medicine from Justus Liebig University Giessen, complemented by scholarship studies in veterinary medicine.
