Geoffrey Engel is a seasoned electrical systems engineer with extensive experience across various leadership roles in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Electrical Systems Engineer at Zoetis since August 2021, Engel contributes to the Diagnostics research and development team, focusing on system architecture and FPGA firmware development for innovative diagnostic products. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Principal Designer at Engeltronics Pty Ltd, where Engel managed full product development for industrial applications, and Principal Engineer at Insituware LLC, leading the successful transition of products to full production. Engel's impressive career also features tenures at notable companies such as RAPC Systems Inc., ecash, Sensory Networks, and Thales Underwater Systems, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
