Juan Rodriguez

Juan Rodriguez is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities at Zoetis since May 2025, Juan previously held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, Novartis Consumer Health, and The Clorox Company. Notably, at Boehringer Ingelheim, responsibilities included overseeing EHS, Security, Facilities, CAPEX, Automation, and Engineering for a large vaccine manufacturing site. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.
