Keith Baker

Keith Baker is an accomplished professional in regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Zoetis Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions at Elanco from January 2001 to February 2021, culminating as the Director of Regulatory Strategy and New Technologies, where responsibilities included developing registration strategies for novel products and conducting feasibility assessments for biologics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. Earlier experience includes directing regulatory efforts for a multi-channel companion animal business unit and collaborating with R&D teams on pharmaceutical strategies. Keith has also managed safety and effectiveness submissions for farm animal products and led pivotal pesticide development projects. Keith Baker holds a Master of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
