Vinicius Leite is a seasoned professional in supply chain and logistics, currently serving as Senior Director for LATAM at Zoetis since January 2013. Vinicius has successfully led high-performance teams, driving significant sales growth in Brazil (28%), Latin America (27%), and Canada (3%) while ensuring optimal inventory management. Notable achievements include implementing multiple initiatives that enhance P&L through cost reductions and waste minimization, along with a robust Integrated Business Planning process across the region. Previously, Vinicius held various positions at GlaxoSmithKline, including Demand Planning Manager for Brazil and Venezuela, where improvements in supply strategies and forecast accuracy were achieved. Vinicius holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
