With a background in fitness and nutrition, Ryan is the owner of R. Mac Fitness and is an expert in Fitness & Nutrition. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Alfred University, as well as certifications in Human Nutrition and Nutrition Sciences from Precision Nutrition.
