Karen Fredricks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM consulting and training. As the President and Authorized Zoho Partner at Tech Benders LLC since 2002, Karen offers customized CRM solutions to businesses. Karen also serves as a Zoho Authorized Partner and contributes to the LinkedIn Learning Community as a CRM and Outlook Training Consultant and author. With numerous published works, including 11 "For Dummies" books and titles for Packt Publishing, Karen demonstrates expertise in various CRM systems, particularly ACT!. Additional roles include certifications as an ACT! Certified Consultant and a HubSpot Solutions Partner. Karen holds an MBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a BA in English and Theatre from the University of Florida.
