Benjamin Hermann

Benjamin Hermann's work experience began in 2001 when they joined ITM Beratungsgesellschaft mbH as a Consultant. Benjamin then progressed to the role of Partner from 2006 to 2009 before becoming the CEO from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, Hermann became the CEO and Managing Director of Zoi GmbH, where they are currently focused on building a nerdy employer for globally active industrial customers with super-flat hierarchies.

Benjamin Hermann has a comprehensive education history. In 2001, they attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and completed a degree in Business Computer Science, specifically earning a Dipl.-Wirt.Inf. (B.A.), BA. Benjamin then pursued further education at Steinbeis Hochschule from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Growth Management.

Continuing their educational journey, Benjamin Hermann attended IMD in 2019, where they completed a program in High Performance Leadership (HPL). Following this, in 2021, they returned to IMD to participate in the Advanced High Performance Leadership (AHPL) program, focusing on Advanced High Performance Leadership.
