Ivo Knittel has a diverse range of work experience. Ivo started their career in 2005 as a Researcher in Experimental Physics at Saarland University, where they worked until 2012. Following that, they joined SIGMATEK GmbH & Co KG as an Ingenieur Mess&Regeltechnik from 2013 to 2015. Ivo then worked at robart GmbH as an Algorithm Developer from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they became the Head of Research and Development at Ying Shuo Electronics Technology Corp. LTD, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Firmware Developer at Zoi, starting from August 2022.
Ivo Knittel has a Doctorate Degree in Experimental Physics from the Universität des Saarlandes, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended the Technische Universität Chemnitz from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Computational Physics, but did not obtain a degree. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree (Vordiplom) in Physik from the Universität Freiburg / Breisgau, from 1990 to 1994. Ivo Knittel also holds a certification in Promotion Dr. rer.nat from the Universität des Saarlandes, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
