Javier Iglesias

Javier Iglesias has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Technical SAP Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they continued their SAP consulting work at IECISA, participating in various implementation projects.

In 2006, Iglesias joined MIQUEL ALIMENTACIÓN GRUP, S.A. as the Head of the Technological Innovation Department. Javier held this position until 2008 when they transitioned to become the Director of the Technology Center at IECISA.

In 2010, Iglesias became part of Grupo MIQUEL, serving in different managerial roles. This included being the Manager of Organization and Development, Director of Business Processes, and responsible for implementing logistics projects.

In 2014, Iglesias worked as a Partner at Linke Information Technology for a year before transitioning to their current position as a Partner and HR Director for 3Hold and Zoi, respectively. Javier has been occupying this role since 2015.

Javier Iglesias obtained their Master's degree in Project Management from Universitat Ramon Llull from 1999 to 2000. Before that, they completed their undergraduate education at the same university, where they received a degree in Electronic Engineering from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical degree in Telecommunications Engineering from 1995 to 1997, also at Universitat Ramon Llull. Additionally, Javier Iglesias completed their EGB, BUP, and COU education at Maristas La Inmaculada. In terms of certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon Web Services in May 2017.
