Marcelo S. Ramos

Marcelo S. Ramos has a strong background in Google Workspace and Google Cloud services. From October 2016 to February 2022, Marcelo worked at SantoDigital where they held various positions. Marcelo started as a Google Workspace & Google Cloud Platform Administrator and Technical Support, responsible for managing and providing technical support for these platforms. Marcelo then became a Google Workspace Deployment Specialist, assisting in the implementation and deployment of Google Workspace solutions for clients. Marcelo later served as a Google Workspace Transformation Specialist, where they were responsible for managing digital solutions using Google Cloud tools, conducting training sessions and workshops, and developing online learning portals. Currently, Marcelo is employed at Zoi as a Google Workspace System Engineer, starting in May 2022.

Marcelo S. Ramos completed their undergraduate education at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul from 2013 to 2019, earning a degree in Ciências da Computação (Computer Science). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Google Cloud Sales Credential from Google in June 2022, the G Suite Customer Success: People (400) certification in September 2017, the G Suite: Deployment Services Specialist certification in August 2017, the G Suite Customer Success: Technology Apps (300) certification in February 2017, the Google Certified Associate - G Suite Administrator certification in December 2016, the Google Professional Collaboration Engineer certification in December 2021, the Google Certified Educator Nivel 1 certification in June 2018, and the Cisco Routing and Switching Solutions Specialist certification from Cisco Brasil.
