Michael Albiez

Michael Albiez has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael currently works at Zoi as a Product Owner | Lead, where they set up teams and develops products to increase market share. Michael also consults on adapting to the latest technologies and supports colleagues' growth. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner at Zoi, advising customers and facilitating milestone achievement.

Before joining Zoi, Michael held a significant role at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG as a Product Owner Internet of Things. Michael was responsible for setting up and developing the first overall IoT platform, presenting updates and products in internal committees, and managing a growing team.

Michael also gained experience at Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG as a Consultant Digital Workplace and Trainee IT. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant IT at Karcher UK. Michael started their career as a Duale Student in Wirtschaftsinformatik at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Nycomed).

Michael Albiez graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2014. Following that, they pursued further education at the Hochschule Wismar and obtained a Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, which they completed in 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Michael Albiez holds various qualifications. In 2016, they obtained the Professional SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Subsequently, in 2017, they earned the ISQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from TÜV Süd.

Continuing their professional development, Michael Albiez acquired several certifications in 2020. Michael became a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from echtesNLP and achieved the Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming credential from the same institution.

In 2021, they expanded their knowledge by obtaining the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner designation from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, they attained the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification, the Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) certification, and the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certification from Scrum Alliance, all in December of that year.

Most recently, in 2022, Michael Albiez acquired two additional certifications: the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) credential from Scrum.org and the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) designation, also from Scrum.org.
