Currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Support Division at Zojirushi America Corporation since February 2010, Vance focuses on products such as rice cookers and vacuum bottles. Prior positions include Regional Sales Manager for Noritz America Corp, where oversight extended across the entire U.S., and a series of progressive roles at the same company, culminating in National Sales Manager for the Commercial division. Vance also has experience as Sales Manager at Porter Boiler Service, managing project operations and marketing for industrial equipment, and as Branch Manager at Miura Boiler, overseeing U.S. operations. Vance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed coursework at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
