Darlington Kabatende

Darlington Kabatende has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Darlington began their career at Monitor Publications Ltd as the Acting Procurement Manager, where they implemented procurement practices and considered the company's specific requirements. Darlington then moved on to Unilever Uganda Ltd as a Sales Operation Manager, supervising salesmen and achieving sales and distribution targets.

Following this, Kabatende joined Off.Grid:Electric, where they held several positions including Regional Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Distribution, and Head of Operations. Darlington successfully managed the expansion of operations, implemented effective sales strategies, negotiated contracts, and improved customer experience.

Currently, they are associated with Jibu Inc. as the Regional Director, responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. Additionally, they also serve as the Managing Director for Jibu Corporate Rwanda & DRC Goma, leading the management of the organization.

Overall, Kabatende has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and achievement of targets in various industries.

Darlington Kabatende attended the London School of Business and Finance LSBF from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Organisational Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, Darlington attended the Chartered Institute of Purchase & Supply in Easton House, United Kingdom, where they obtained an MCIPS degree in Management.
