Kate Furst

Kate Furst is the SVP of Operations at Zola. Kate has also held the position of Director of Direct Creative Operations at J.Crew, where they were responsible for building and optimizing the entire sales support system and processes to handle over 140 sales per week. Kate has also co-owned and managed a $14 million annual budget and all efforts to drive cost reduction and enhanced productivity for the pre-sale process at J.Crew. In addition, Kate has helped launch and manage scalable sales processes for four successful business lines: Kids, Home, Beauty, and men's full-price site Park & Bond.

Kate Furst has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy and Political Science from Northwestern University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Taft School.

They are on a team with Maya Simon - SVP & GM, Vendor Marketplace, Connie Cyran - VP, Merchandising, and Nobu Nakaguchi - Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer. Their manager is Shan-Lyn Ma, CEO.
