Tobias Klaer

Tobias Klaer is a seasoned professional with experience in operational management and retail. Tobias has held various managerial roles at shopping centers, including Gera Arcaden and Riem Arcaden. Currently, Tobias serves as the Team Lead Operational Excellence Management at zolar, overseeing a team of 12 in managing a pipeline of photovoltaics projects in southern Germany. Prior to this, Tobias worked as a Shopping Center Manager at HBB Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, where Tobias managed the Petersbogen Leipzig shopping center and built a new team aligned with the asset strategy. Tobias holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Business Administration.
