Aaron M. Grossman

Mr. Grossman joined the company as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in October 2011. His legal expertise includes managing all aspects of the legal function, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment, corporate governance, intellectual property, and litigation. Prior to ZOLL, he served in a similar capacity at LeMaitre Vascular, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company based in Burlington, Mass., with operations in 15 countries. Earlier, from 1999 to 2002, Mr. Grossman was a Corporate Attorney at Goulston & Storrs in Boston. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vassar College, a master’s degree in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a juris doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
