Emmanuel Vicencio

Emmanuel Vicencio serves as the Head of Compliance and Privacy for Cardiac Management Solutions at ZOLL Medical Corporation since 2023. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Sr. Director of Corporate Compliance at United Therapeutics Corporation from 2020 to 2022, overseeing compliance with a Corporate Integrity Agreement. Emmanuel spent seven years at Wright Medical (2013 - 2020) as Sr. Director of Compliance Operations, leading a team focused on global audit, monitoring, and compliance policies, and also contributed to the establishment of a Compliance Audit and Monitoring program post-Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens Healthineers, where Emmanuel led Healthcare Audit Services and managed audit functions after the acquisition of Dade Behring. Emmanuel started the career at Dade Behring as Director of Audit & Advisory Services and previously worked at ITW and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.
