Malek Haddad

Malek Haddad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service program management and technical services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Service Programs at ZOLL Medical Corporation since December 2012. Malek's progression within the company includes roles such as Senior Manager of the Technical Services Department, Manager of the Technical Service Department, and Team Leader, complemented by initial positions as a Process Improvement Engineer, Field Service Representative, and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to joining ZOLL Medical Corporation, Malek worked as a researcher in both the Biomechanics and Biomedical Optics labs at the University of Nottingham from September 2011 to September 2012. Malek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management (2017-2020), a Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Nottingham (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the University of Toronto (2007-2011).
