Matt Perusse

Matt Perusse currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at ZOLL Medical Corporation, a position held since July 2019, where responsibilities include elevating talent development strategies, coaching managers on talent management initiatives, and collaborating with HR business partners to implement cross-functional HR programs. Prior to this role, Matt co-founded Custom Corporate Education, delivering tailored training programs in various skills from May 2016 to June 2019. Additionally, from September 2007 to June 2019, Matt held the position of Director of Communications and Performing Arts at Bradford Christian Academy. Matt holds a Master of Education degree from Gordon College.
