Ray De La Pena is a seasoned sales management professional with a robust background in the healthcare and medical device industries. Ray has served as Hospital Regional Sales Manager for ZOLL Medical Corporation, overseeing Territory Managers in the Gulf Coast region, and has held various leadership roles, including CMS and EMS Regional Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales strategy, team management, and goal achievement. Ray also contributed to ZOLL Data Systems as Vice President and General Manager of A/R Optimization and Interoperability Solutions, focusing on enhancing Revenue Cycle Management. Prior experience includes positions at Smith + Nephew, Inc. and American Century Investments.
