Carl Larson

Carl Larson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Carl currently works as a Web Developer at Zollege since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental Scientist II at AECOM from August 2016 to December 2020. Carl also worked as an Environmental Technician at Myramid Analytical from May 2012 to May 2016, where they evaluated state permits, prepared test plans, and followed EPA test method protocols. Carl was a Quality Assurance Technician at ARYZTA from May 2014 to January 2015, where they ensured the quality of the product, measured, baked, analyzed, and stored samples from each batch, and monitored the production line. Carl has experience as a Baker at Barton Creek Resort & Spa from April 2010 to May 2012. Carl worked at Barton Creek Country Club as a Line Cook from April 2009 to April 2010 and as a Waiter from June 2008 to April 2009, where they cooked in various kitchens and served in different capacities. In addition, they volunteered as a lab assistant at Texas A&M University Agrilife Department from October 2007 to April 2008. Carl also worked as an Assistant Pastry Chef at La Riviera Restaurant and Bakery from January 2008 to February 2008. Lastly, they were a Line Cook at Koppe Bridge Bar and Grill from June 2006 to October 2006, where they handled kitchen duties and addressed customer complaints and requests.

Carl Larson attended Austin Coding Academy from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Full Stack JavaScript with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, College, in May 2008.
