Ivan Ageev

Ivan Ageev has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ivan started their career as an intern at the Bank of Saint Petersburg in the Project Finance Department in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, Ivan worked as a Financial Consultant at EY, focusing on TAS, Valuation, and Business Modelling. During this time, they gained experience in financial modeling, market research, and report development. Ivan also participated in transactions involving Russian Railways and the IPO of a large Oil & Gas group.

In 2018, Ivan joined Trust Distressed Assets Fund as an Associate, specializing in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Ivan worked closely with clients and contributed to the evaluation and acquisition of various distressed assets.

In 2019, Ivan moved to Zoltav Resources Inc, where they first served as an Associate in Business Development. Ivan successfully closed acquisition deals and led high-value transactions in the oil and gas industry. Later, they were promoted to the position of Director of Investments, further enhancing their leadership skills.

In 2022, Ivan transitioned to their current role as the Director of M&A and Energy Trading at Group ATT.

Ivan Ageev earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Jönköping International Business School, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied at Saint-Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Business and Finance with a focus on Finance and Banking.
