Joy Banerjee

Joy Banerjee is a distinguished design and user experience professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Zomato since April 2024, Joy previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Design & User Research at Cleartrip from September 2022 to April 2024. Joy's career includes a significant role as Mentor and Head of Product Design at XCalibrate Global Solutions Inc., where responsibilities encompassed product design and UX strategy. Co-founding Woodapple Interactive Pvt Ltd led to a tenure as Director of Design Strategy & UX, with earlier experience as Project Head at Copper Beech (UK) Ltd and Customer Experience Manager at EBOOKERS LIMITED. Joy Banerjee earned a Master of Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
