Lakshay Dogra

Lakshay Dogra is an experienced professional in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks India since April 2021. In this role, Lakshay leads a team of 12, focuses on efficient staffing and training to enhance productivity. Previously, Lakshay gained foundational knowledge of the retail and coffee industry during a tenure as a Store Management Trainee at Starbucks. Prior experience includes a 17-week industrial training at Holiday Inn Resort Goa with InterContinental Hotels Group, where insights into hotel operations were acquired. Lakshay holds a General Management Program degree from Stoa and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management.
