Allison Paul

Allison Paul is an experienced business professional currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Zonda since March 2021, where a data-driven approach is provided to builders, developers, and industry professionals in Northern and Central California and Reno, Nevada. Previously, Allison held various leadership roles from 2015 to 2022 at the California Building Industry Association - Professional Women in Building, culminating in the position of Immediate Past Chair. From April 2013 to March 2021, Allison was the Director of Sales and Marketing at the California Homebuilding Foundation, managing sales, marketing, and communications efforts, along with significant contributions to research and data analysis. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Document and Research Analyst at Legislative Intent Service and as an Office Assistant at UC Davis Extension, along with foundational work at Jelly Belly Candy Company. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/English Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis.
