Justin Pascual

Justin Pascual has extensive experience in water resources and engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Engineer in Flood Protection Engineering at Zone 7 Water Agency since August 2022. Prior roles include positions as an Associate Water Resources Specialist and Hydrologist at Solano County Water Agency from December 2015 to August 2022. Justin also held various internships, including roles as a Data Management Intern and Field Data Intern at the University of California, Davis - Center for Watershed Sciences, and as a Water Resource Intern at Solano County Water Agency. Justin began the professional journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of California, Davis, earned between 2013 and 2015, complemented by earlier experience as a Staff Photographer at Brand Affinity Technologies and a Paint Customer Associate Service at Lowe's Companies, Inc.
