Samer Youssef is the HCM Practice Head at Zone, bringing over 12 years of experience in Oracle application technical consultation and implementation projects. They have participated in more than 30 project engagements across diverse sectors, including telecommunications and health, in countries such as Egypt and Qatar. Samer previously held roles as Oracle HCM Principal Techno-Functional Consultant at Oracle and as a Senior Oracle Technical Consultant at EMAK International Academy. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems between 2004 and 2008.
