Janelle Sutherland

Janelle Sutherland is an experienced sales and operations professional with a focus on software and contract support. Since November 2009, Janelle has worked at Zones as a Sales Software Contract Specialist and currently holds the position of Operations Specialist, primarily in Microsoft volume licensing sales. Prior to this role, Janelle served as a Sales Support Specialist for Volt Technical working with the Microsoft US Partner Sales Team, providing administrative support to various sales leaders. Janelle also has a background as a Sales Administrator at Amazon.com, where responsibilities included reporting and sales metrics support for a large sales team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at The Seattle Times, where administrative support was provided to the advertising sales team. Janelle holds a Master of Arts in Church Music and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, both from Oral Roberts University, and is a graduate of King's High School.
