Monique Elser

Monique Elser has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Monique most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement at Zones, LLC, where they spearheaded the development and implementation of supply planning and procurement best practices. Monique partnered with digital transformation teams and drove the execution and adoption of supply planning strategies to make the supply chain more efficient and flexible. Monique also systematically leveraged distribution inventory holding and staging capabilities, resulting in reduced overall holding costs. Additionally, they were responsible for performance and talent management for a team of 60+. Prior to Zones, LLC, Monique worked as a Procurement Director at Atos, overseeing key supplier relationships and leading contract and pricing negotiations. Monique also served as a Contracts Manager and CBU Procurement Manager during their time at Atos. Before joining Atos, Monique held various roles at Webtrends, Microsoft, Fulfillment Corporation of America, Qwest Communications, and Timberline Software. At Microsoft, they were a Product Manager and a Partner Operations Specialist, where they managed sales operations and product pricing escalations, developed training materials, and served as the sole operations pricing and licensing subject matter expert for Live Meeting resellers worldwide. Monique has a well-rounded background in procurement, contract management, and sales, and they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any organization.

Monique Elser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Linfield University in 2009. Monique also holds additional certifications including Notary Public - Signing Agent from the State of Washington in September 2014, CCMP - Contract & Commercial Management Practitioner from IACCM in June 2013, and a Paralegal Certificate from Oregon State University. Monique also possesses certifications in QwikBelt - Lean Six Sigma and QwikSolver - Lean Six Sigma from Xerox.
