Yehia Maaty Omar

Yehia Omar is a seasoned senior executive with decades of global leadership experience across private, public, and private equity–backed companies. He has led multi-billion-dollar organizations in the technology and IT services sectors, driving transformation, growth, and operational excellence on a global scale.

Before being appointed CEO of Zones, Yehia served as a board member of the company. His previous roles include President of Megalos Consulting, an M&A Operating Advisory and Management Consulting firm, CEO of Curvature, a global IT solutions and Data Center Services Company and Corporate Officer, Senior Vice President and Executive Committee Member at Xerox Corporation. Over the course of his career, he has held a range of global senior leadership positions across North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC, Eurasia, and South Asia.

Yehia holds a bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, and auditing from Mansoura University. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP).
