Austin Richards is currently the head of CS RevOps at Zonos. Prior to this, they were a financial inventory analyst supervisor at SkyWest Airlines from October 2019 to September 2021. There, they implemented a new supply chain model for 30,000+ airplane parts following TOC principles. There, they were responsible for analyzing company management processes through a hypothesis-driven approach to find opportunities to increase EBITDA. This included managing a $1.2 million cost-saving initiative from inception to resolution. Austin also audited billing practices and provided summaries of KPIs for medical and vehicle costs associated with 180,000 employees and 6,500 vehicles. In addition, they led calls with relevant company VPs and other heads of department to audit current company processes and implement cost-saving strategies.
Austin Richards completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics and Analytics at Brigham Young University.
