Aamir Islam is a seasoned veterinarian currently serving at the Zoo & Aquarium Public Institution in Al Ain, where responsibilities include routine and emergency veterinary care for a diverse collection of animals, along with vaccination planning and execution since February 2014. Previously, Aamir worked as a Wildlife Veterinarian with Barari Forest Management from August 2011 to December 2013, overseeing veterinary management and pathological examinations in various forest sites across Abu Dhabi. Aamir's earlier experience includes roles as a Veterinary Officer in KPK, Pakistan, providing veterinary care for multiple species, and as a Senior Veterinarian under an Oxfam GB livelihood project focused on supporting conflict-affected families.
