Samuel Emerson then served as an Acting Power and Facility Engineer from April 2022 to August 2022, overseeing the electrical systems and power supply maintenance. Following that, they became a Network Operations Center and Facility Engineer in July 2022, responsible for network availability and security systems. Currently, they serve as a Network Operations Center Supervisor, supervising network operations and power systems to ensure 100% uptime in network availability across Sierra Leone.
